Sarah is one of my favorite thought leaders on how we work together. not only do I appreciate learning her content expertise, I have a lot to learn from her delivery and how she does it. Her weekly newsletter is the only one I read every week. it always has useful advice and perspectives. Recently, I participated in a half day virtual workshop and she makes the content and experience really engaging and responsive, not something everyone can do. can’t wait to read her book and to play a role in helping her free the elephants. On a tougher topic, I’ve appreciated the space we build together to have challenging conversations, including ones about race and racism and challenging common business practices that may not be serving us as well as new approaches. I recommend learning from Sarah, and consider myself lucky to call her a friend.
