HI I’m Sarah Noll Wilson
An Executive Coach, Keynote Speaker, Transformer of Teams, Researcher, and Soon-to-be-Author passionate about helping leaders positively and powerfully impact those around them.
Did you know that most people will spend more than 100,000 hours of their life at work? Crazy, isn’t it? To put that into perspective, we spend between 4,000 and 5,000 hours during four years of college in class. That means that the bulk of our development as adults happens during our working years.
Whether they realize it or not, leaders have the ability to powerfully influence the lives of those they lead. My passion is helping people become the leaders they were meant to be.
What if your job as a leader wasn’t to build efficiency but self-efficacy? What if it wasn’t to point out weaknesses but to amplify strengths? What if your mission wasn’t to build up supply but to inspire confidence? What if it wasn’t to criticize but to spark conversations that are candid, compassionate, and curious?
Are you ready to play fully brave? Let the great work begin!

TESTIMONIAL
"Sarah is effervescent and people are drawn to her in a way that we haven't seen very often. She is an incredible listener. She asked us questions that we hadn't considered and was skillful in her analysis of our needs. When we thought we had said everything we needed to say, she asked us another deep question, and it took our work deeper than we imagined.
Sarah does a phenomenal job of asking the right questions. She is truly Chronically Curious. Her consulting and facilitating is a master class in itself. Watching her in the moment with our group was great. She followed the group as the learning was unfolding and made changes in the moment. You really feel that she would put everything on hold to get down to the real things that are happening right then. We got incredible feedback from the attendees. Several people said it was a great use of their time, which is one of the best measuring sticks we can think of for our business."
